Shipment times are dependent on destination but you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. All international and Channel Island shipments may be subject to local destination tax & duties charges which are generally payable on import by the customer. Click & Collect

• From our clinic reception - free of charge.
• Available for pick-up 7 days a week between 11.00am and 8.00pm. Same day pick up is available on orders placed by 1pm. Please allow a minimum of an hour for your order to be processed.

You will receive a notification from us when it is ready to collect. Orders will be held for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Please contact customerservice@pfeffersal.com or call 0203 981 0272 to arrange a collection should you need assistance.
