Don’t be shy with me, this peel is super gentle so you can use it more often than a regular peel, around once a week if necessary. Apply a thin layer on to your face then simply massage it into your skin in a small circular motion allowing the peel to pick up all the dead skin cells. Leave for a couple of minutes then massage with your fingers. You may feel your skin balling as you massage but it's still doing its job if you don’t. Rinse off with warm water and pat skin dry. Avoid contact with eyes, other than that go for it, this will only make you feel wonderful.
