DESCRIPTION

This lightweight wonder gel relies on a few key headline acts to bring hydration to oily skin without weighing you down. This is really kicked off by Barosma Betulina Leaf Extract. This South African herb has been used medicinally for centuries but when it comes to skin it is able to get right onto your oil-producing cells (sebocytes) and reduce excess oil production meaning fewer breakouts and less shine.

For lightweight hydration, it relies on the wonderful hyaluronic acid. This super moisturiser can already be found in our deeper skin layers and can hold 1000 times its weight in water so adding more of this to your skin means a direct hit of deep hydration.

Added hydration comes from a dose of sodium PCA which is found naturally in fruits, vegetables and grasses and more importantly, it is a natural component of our skin and binds moisture to cells, meaning even more hydration.

Finally, antiseptic, astringent and antimicrobial Lemongrass oil is amazing for acneic and oily skin to make sure infections that can cause scarring are kept well at bay.
