Resurrect Serum has been designed to target inflammaging – chronic low grade inflammation that depletes the skin’s defence systems overtime leading to a compromised barrier, collagen loss, and general dullness.
To combat this process, Resurrect Serum has a base of probiotics and prebiotics which support a healthy skin microbiome, prevent transepidermal water loss and help to maintain a robust skin barrier.
Myrothalmus, also known as the Nambian Resurrection Plant, delivers potent antioxidant protection from environmental stressors, preventing inflammation and cell damage. This plant has also been shown to have an intensive moisturising effect on the skin. ‘Nature’s retinol’ bakuchiol addresses inflammation, hyperpigmentation and reduce the signs of ageing through collagen and elastin stimulation. And Gaba (Gamma-aminobutyric acid), which is a naturally occurring compound in the skin restores barrier function and relaxes the facial muscles for a firmer, more relaxed appearance.
