Competition Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• The competition is open exclusively to MASAJ clients aged 18 and over who have received a treatment at MASAJ during the competition period.

• Employees of Pfeffer Sal, MASAJ, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

• Entry is available only via the forms provided in the Pfeffer Sal clinic.
• Participants must complete the entry form in full to qualify.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.

Competition Period

• The competition runs for the duration of the MASAJ residency at Pfeffer Sal, spanning 3 months from 1st March 2025 to 31st May 2025.
• One winner will be selected at random each month during this period.

Prize

• Each monthly winner will receive one House Facial at Pfeffer Sal.
• The prize must be redeemed within 3 months from the date of the winner's notification.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative treatments.

Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received each month.
• Winners will be notified via the contact information provided on the entry form.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Pfeffer Sal reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Booking and Availability

• Advance booking is required to redeem the House Facial.
• Bookings are subject to availability and blackout dates.
• Pfeffer Sal’s standard cancellation policy applies, requiring at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

General Terms

• By entering, participants agree to be contacted by Pfeffer Sal for marketing purposes. Participants can unsubscribe at any time.
• Pfeffer Sal reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms or attempts to manipulate the competition.
• The decision of Pfeffer Sal regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.

Privacy

• Personal data provided during entry will be handled in accordance with Pfeffer Sal’s Privacy Policy.

Liability

• Pfeffer Sal and MASAJ will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or from the acceptance and/or use of the prize.

Changes & Termination

• Pfeffer Sal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.

Acceptance of Terms

• By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
