£70.00
What does it do?

This will really help improve skin tone, texture, the appearance of pores and fine lines, we mean, it pretty much does most things. Packed with Retinol as well as vitamin A (more retinol), vitamin C and vitamin E it is designed to stimulate increased skin cell turnover and make your skin start behaving like your shoe size rather than your age.

Best for

Suitable for all skin types but really gets to work on improving textured, congested, acneic skin and those with visible pores.

Why do i need it?

Because your skin is feeling clogged, tired and like it needs a rest but it actually needs a really good wake up.

what’s the secret?

As with all the great skincare products, the secret is a simple one (well it’s in the name). Retinol is one of those incredible ingredients that we wished everyone had years ago. For ages it was just used for acne and whilst it works wonders on acneic skin, it can do the same on anyone else with the right dose.

The yellow your retinol, the stronger it is and this is a bottle of buttercup coloured power for your skin at a manageable 1% formulation. It increases cell turnover and works a treat at unblocking pores. That means fewer spots and fewer places for blockages to happen in the first place. It also works wonders for regeneration and basically teaches your cells to act young and produce more collagen for radiant, plumper skin and fewer fine lines.

The retinol is in this Complex is also microencapsulated which ensures that the active molecule is protected and preserved, meaning controlled, slow release of the retinol and enhanced penetration through the lipid barrier of the skin.

How to brighten your complexion

how to use it

Start slow. This is a potent product that should be built up to regular use. Start with 2 nights a week and see how your skin responds. There will be some redness when you start using it, this is the retinol getting to work but that will settle down with continued use. If any irritation occurs or the redness doesn’t reduce, stop using the product. If adding to a night cream or eye cream, mix 1-2 pumps into the cream before applying to your skin. Again start slow, using every third night and see how you go. Retinol increases photosensitivity so always remember to apply SPF every day and use a higher factor when in the sunshine.
