∞ We recommend for your 1st time with us to arrive ten minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to discuss your treatment requirements and to complete a confidential form. (Also for you to relax and benefit fully from your treatment).
∞ At the time of booking, we kindly ask for your card details to secure your appointment.
∞ We understand that life doesn't always run smoothly and there are times when you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your full deposit will be refunded, providing you give us at least 48 hours' notice of any change. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to turn up to your appointment you will be charged in full.
∞ You must call the clinic or email email@example.com to cancel any appointments. We do not receive any messages from our automated reminder system and consequently will not recognize responses sent to this number.
∞ If you are late, we will try to accommodate your treatment in the time remaining, but we may have to adapt it slightly. If you arrive more than fifteen minutes after your appointment time, it may be necessary to reschedule it.
∞ To maintain the restful atmosphere during your treatment, we would ask that you please switch off your mobile phone and similar devices.
∞ When booking a treatment please let us know if you are pregnant or trying to conceive, so we can give you the best advice on the suitability of treatments.
∞ Pets and other animals are not permitted in the treatment rooms except for guide or assistance animals.
∞ We regret that children are not able to accompany parents into treatment rooms or be left unsupervised in the reception area whilst you are being treated.
∞ We regret that we cannot offer treatments due to strict health and safety guidelines to anyone under 14 years. For anyone aged 14-18 , we can offer certain treatments with the consent and in the presence of a parent or guardian.
