∞ If it is your first time with us please arrive ten minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to discuss your treatment requirements and to complete a confidential form. This will also ensure you have time to relax and benefit fully from your treatment.
∞ We understand that life doesn't always run smoothly and there are times when you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice of any change. If you cancel within 48 hours or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged in full.
∞ If you are late, we will try to accommodate your treatment in the time remaining, but we may have to adapt it slightly. If you arrive more than fifteen minutes after your appointment time, it may be necessary to reschedule it.
∞ To maintain the restful atmosphere during your treatment, we would ask that you please switch off your mobile phone and similar devices.
∞ When booking a treatment please let us know if you are pregnant, trying to conceive, under the care of your doctor, or have an underlying medical condition so we can give you the best advice on the suitability of treatments. Additionally, if you are taking any medication, including antibiotics, please inform us.
∞ Please refrain from using exfoliating acids, retinols and other resurfacing treatments for the 5 days leading up to your treatment.
∞ Pets and other animals are not permitted within the clinic except for guide or assistance animals.
∞ We regret that children are not able to accompany parents into treatment rooms or be left unsupervised in the reception area whilst you are being treated.
∞ We regret that we cannot offer treatments due to strict health and safety guidelines to anyone under 14 years. For anyone aged 14-18, we can offer certain treatments with the consent and in the presence of a parent or guardian.
∞ Please note we do not store Credit/Debit card information nor do we share customers details with any third party.
∞ It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he/she provide us with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.
∞ We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges on courses or opened products.
